Shipping from China

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China. Please take this into account when ordering. Due to international shipping, customs fees or import duties may apply upon receipt. These costs are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by Zoralia.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 10:00 PM (CET) will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days. Please note this is an estimate and may vary depending on the delivery location and any customs delays. The total time from order to delivery, including processing, is 7–12 business days.

Shipping Options

We offer free standard shipping within The United Kingdom. Currently, no other shipping options are available.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your shipment and see the estimated delivery date.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 100 days of receiving the goods at service@zoralia.de for further instructions on returns. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
